Sound and music have been a part of human culture throughout the ages. Scientific studies have demonstrated how music and sound have the ability to change the way our bodies and minds function. Working with the non-physical, we know how music and sound influences the spirit as well, hence the phrase ‘music that soothes the soul’.
The director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine at the Cornell Cancer Prevention Center in New York, Dr. Mitchell Gaynor says:

Sound Frequency : 432Hz
Have you noticed how when you get out of the city into the countryside, you feel rejuvenated – the shades of colour, the sounds, birds, frogs, running water etc have a soothing effect on the mind. These sounds consist of vibrational frequency, which is measured in Hertz (Hz). All of these natural harmonics vibrate at 432 Hz, and it’s the natural frequency of the universe.
When experiencing sound at 432 Hz you balance your body with nature filling yourself with a sense of peace and wellness, irrespective of the type or genre of song or music chosen. Sound Frequency : 8 Hz
It is said that 8Hz is the fundamental “beat” of the planet. The heartbeat of the Earth is better known as Schumann Resonance and is named after physicist Winfried Otto Schumann, who documented it mathematically in 1952. Schumann resonance is a global electromagnetic resonance, which has its origin in electrical discharges of lightning within the cavity existing between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere. This cavity resonates with electromagnetic waves in the extremely low frequencies of approximately 7.86Hz – 8Hz. 8Hz is also the frequency of the double helix in DNA replication. Melatonin and Pinoline work on the DNA, inducing an 8Hz signal to enable mitosis and DNA replication. A form of body temperature superconductivity is evident in this process.
432Hz resonates with the frequency of 8Hz. When we take 8Hz as our starting point on a musical scale and work upwards by five octaves (i.e. by the seven notes in the scale five times), we reach a frequency of 256Hz in whose scale the note A has a frequency of 432Hz.
According to the harmonic principle by which any produced sound automatically resonates all the other multiples of that frequency, when we play C at 256 Hz, the C of all other octaves also begins to vibrate in ‘sympathy’ and so, naturally, the frequency of 8Hz is also sounded. This is why (together with many other mathematical reasons) the musical pitch tuned to 432 oscillations per second is known as the ‘scientific tuning’.
This tuning was unanimously approved at the Congress of Italian musicians in 1881 and recommended by the physicists Joseph Sauveur and Felix Savart as well as by the Italian scientist Bartolomeo Grassi Landi. In contrast, the frequency chosen in London in 1953 (440 Hz) as the worldwide reference frequency and which all music today has been tuned to, has come to be defined as ‘disharmonic’ because it has no scientific relationship to the physical laws that govern our universe.
528 Hz – The Love Frequency
We all hold a certain vibrational frequency, and our bodies are said to be about 70 – 80% water. Given the above experiments, it stands to reason that musical frequencies can also alter our own vibrational state. Every expression through sound, emotion, or thought holds a specific frequency that influences everything around it — much like a single drop of water can create a larger ripple effect in a large body of water.

Sacred Solfeggio
The Solfeggio frequencies make up a 6-tone music scale, which was first used in religious music of the 10th century. Music tuned to the frequency of this scale is known to have healing properties and promote better wellbeing. Evidence of these frequencies existed as far back as early Biblical times.
Solfeggio frequencies make up the ancient 6-tone scale used in sacred music, including the well known Gregorian Chants. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart spiritual blessings when sung in harmony.

UT – 396 Hz (=9) (Ut quent laxis)
Intent: turning grief into joy, liberating guilt & fear
This frequency liberates the energy and has beneficial effects on feelings of guilt. It cleanses the feeling of guilt, which often represents one of the basic obstacles to realization, enabling achievement of goals in the most direct way. The ‘Ut’ tone releases you from the feeling of guilt and fear by bringing down the defense mechanisms. 396 Hz frequency brings out hidden blockages, subconscious negative beliefs, and ideas that have led to your present situations.
RE – 417 Hz (=3) (Resonare fibris)

The next main tone from the Solfeggio scale produces energy to bring about change. This frequency cleanses traumatic experiences and clears destructive influences of past events. When speaking of cellular processes, tone ‘Re’ encourages the cell and its functions in an optimal way. 417 Hz frequency puts you in touch with an inexhaustible source of energy that allows you to change your life.
MI – 528 Hz (=6) (Mira gestorum)
Intent: transformation and miracles (DNA repair)
Tone ‘Mi’ is used to return human DNA to its original, perfect state. This frequency brings transformation and miracles into your life. The process of DNA reparation is followed by beneficial effects – increased amount of life energy, clarity of mind, awareness, awakened or activated creativity, ecstatic states like deep inner peace, dance and celebration. FA – 639 Hz (=9) (Famuli tuorum)
Intent: re-connecting and balancing, relationships

When talking about cellular processes, 639 Hz frequency can be used to encourage the cell to communicate with its environment. SOL – 741 Hz (=3) (Solve polluti)
Intent: solving problems, expressions/solutions
It cleans the cell (“Solve polluti“) from the toxins. Frequent use of 741 Hz leads to a healthier, simpler life, and also to changes in diet towards foods which are not poisoned by various kinds of toxins. Tone ‘Sol’ cleans the cell from different kinds of electromagnetic radiations. Another application of this sound frequency is solving problems of any nature. LA – 852 Hz (=6) (Labii reatum)

174 Hz
Intent: Reduce pain
The lowest of the tones appears to be a natural anesthetic. It tends to reduce pain physically and energetically. 174 Hz frequency gives your organs a sense of security, safety and love, encouraging them to do their best.
285 Hz
Intent: Influence energy fields
This frequency helps return tissue into its original form. 285 Hz influences energy fields, sending out a message to restructure damaged organs. It also leaves your body rejuvenated and energized.
Solfeggio scale and the additional tones
As you already know, the original Solfeggio scale has 6 tones. The tones are: 396, 417, 528, 639, 741 & 852. Following the pattern established by these original tones, additional frequencies can be calculated. There are three frequencies that can be calculated below the 396 before breaking the pattern (63, 174, 285) and there are infinite frequencies that can be calculated above the 852. See below:

How Sound Affects You: Cymatics, An Emerging Science
Cymatics is the study of visible sound vibration and shows the transformational nature of sound and matter. Sound guides us and shapes us, yet is an intangible force. We can capture sound in the digital realm where we can see waveforms. But, that only gives us a 2D view. The world of Cymatics, however, gives us a different view and provides a major evolution in our understanding of how sound affects all of us. Cymatics gives validity to the fact that everything that we perceive as hard objects, including our bodies, are actually continuously vibrating at their own rates. This study clearly merges the fields of sound, geometry, light and mathematics into one through the presentation of stunning images created by frequencies of all kinds found in our bodies, in nature and beyond.
Ernst Chladni, an 18th century German physicist, is famous for studying the physics of sound by bowing a metal plate with sand on it to create simple geometric shapes. His work was foundational in the future development of Cymatics. More than a century later, a swiss medical doctor and natural scientist Dr Hans Jenny started to experiment with different liquids and solids and continuous vibrating frequencies to test the physics of sound further. It was Jenny was coined the term ‘˜Cymatics’ containing the Greek word, ‘˜Kyma’ which means ‘˜wave.’ His seminal research was compiled in a book of the same name and contains hundreds of photos showing his results.
Albert Einstein stated: “Concerning matter, we have all been wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” All matter beings vibrate at specific rates and everything has its own melody. The musical nature of nuclear matter from atoms to galaxies is now finally being recognized by science.
That is why these frequencies are so powerful. They can literally bring you back to the original tones of the heavenly spheres and put your body into a balanced resonance. Dr Masaru Emoto revealed the effect of thoughts on the molecular structure of water. He discovered that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words show brilliant, complex, and colourful snowflake patterns. Conversely water from polluted sources or water exposed to negative thoughts form incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colours. He mentions the responsive nature of water to human emotions which can be utilised to heal mankind and earth.
Energy, Frequency & Vibration
Frequencies are uninterrupted, undetectable, undisturbed flows of pure light
A frequency on its own makes no sound. It is a pure colour all by itself with no variation
Two frequencies together create sound as when two things rub against each another. There is friction produced which is sound. This sound or circumstance is called ‘Vibration’.
Everything that you see and know, everything that the physical world is made of, is Sound & Vibration.
Everything is vibration! Vibrations also get translated into words. When we speak words, each word emits its own vibration and sound and is said to have a ‘energy signature’. Our emotions, feelings and sensations create our unique vibrational energy field. Colours are visible in our auric field surrounding our etheric body.
The human body has an energy field or an aura that consists of its individual vibrational energy field. This field holds our vibrations according to our thoughts, emotions and feelings and emits this to the environment around us in a ripple effect.
If we are predominantly focused on survival or fear or lack for example, we emit denser vibrations in our emotional and mental bodies. In such states it is difficult to access the higher or astral planes, which contain different levels of awareness. So it makes sense that a good place to start would be in changing our vibration or point of attraction.
This is also known as the Law of Attraction which simply states that ‘like attracts like’ or you can only attract to yourself, that which you are giving out.
Everything is energy! Every thought, word, feeling and thing is energy. Things that appear to be solid are actually very tightly compacted energy particles creating a shape, form or physical appearance.
Our vibration is our personal energy frequency, a direct reflection of our inner thoughts, feelings, beliefs etc.
The higher our vibration is, the faster our light particles vibrate allowing us to hold more light, elevating our consciousness and connection to our soul and divine self.
When our vibration is low, our light particles are vibrating slowly and become condensed. Our energy literally feels heavy because we are not in alignment with our soul and divine self.
Although we identify ourselves with our physical body we are actually multidimensional, energetic, spiritual beings having a physical human experience.
